From delivering bread on bicycle in a one-person operation, the bakery slowly grew, with our first location opening on 1a street in 2010, to moving into our home in the East Village in 2015 we now employ over 40 people who makes fresh pastries and bread from scratch from local ingredients.
Organic artisan sourdough, flaky pastries, titillating desserts, bright and bold food that will leave you delighted, excited and full.
