Refund Policy for Homegrown Hustle

Please read these Terms carefully. Homegrown Hustle exists to support and uplift locally owned businesses in Calgary and the surrounding area. We aim to provide real value through visibility, exposure, and community connection. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
This refund policy outlines our procedures for handling payments, cancellations, and refunds for all subscription plans and services.
FREE PLAN
There is no charge for businesses using our Free Plan. You may upgrade or cancel at any time.
GROWTH PLAN (Paid Plan) - Refunds & Cancellations
3-MONTH FREE TRIAL
If you signed up under a promotional offer that includes a free trial, you will not be billed until the trial period ends and you have decided to opt into a paid plan. You may cancel at any time during your trial without incurring any charges.
MONTHLY BILING
Once your paid billing period begins, payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, but you may cancel at any time.
When you cancel:
- You will keep full access to all Growth Plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Your listing will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan when your billing period ends.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
BILLING MISTAKES
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amount, early billing), please contact us within 14 days, and we will promptly investigate and issue a refund if applicable.
PREMIUM / CONCIERGE PLAN ( When available)
Due to the labour-intensive nature of custom content, photography, and manual listing work, these plans are
NON-REFUNDABLE once service work has begun. You may still cancel future renewals at any time.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
If you are genuinely unhappy with the value you are receiving, we want to talk. We are here to help support local businesses, not trap anyone in a subscription.

HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your customer portal (Stripe)
- The link provided in your billing email, or
- By contacting support if you need assistance.
Cancelling will stop future payments; your listing automatically reverts to the Free Plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
